We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violating any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by EuroCircle. You also agree to not harvest or collect members names and any other members information for the purpose of building mailing lists. Eurocircle would like to maintain a proper community. Like Facebook we have requirements for naming conventions and account names must adhere to the following authenticity standards: - Your full first and last name must be listed. Initials cannot stand in place of your full name. Nicknames can be listed if they are a variation of your first or last name, but only in the format "First Name ‘Nickname’ Lastname." - Your name must be listed using characters from one language only. - Your name cannot consist of any titles, symbols, numbers, unusual capitalization, or punctuation. In addition, please keep in mind that Eurocircle accounts are for individual personal use. Accounts representing groups, families or couples are not allowed. To activate your account you will need a proper email address where a confirmation to enable your account will be sent. Accounts that are not complete or not activated after 24 hours will be deleted.
